As with all Medici Parisian gardens, the primroses are gorgeous this time of year, but check out the pleached elms… At least I think they are elms. The time to see them is now, before they become leafy and you lose the architectural qualities of the branches. Worth the stroll away from the touristy areas of Paris, this garden has a seventeenth century fountain (currently being mucked out by hardy Parisian workers in the chilly February weather!) And a lovely fountain and statuary. Go here too!
